Hello I'm Rhena, and I welcome you to the Integrative Nurse Coach experience. As a registered nurse with over 25 years' experience in healthcare, it brings me joy to work with clients in achievement of their self-directed goals. Many times I've heard, "So what is a Nurse Coach?" Put simply, a Nurse Coach is a licensed Registered Nurse who has received specialized training to help guide clients in their journey to improved health and wellness. And a unique difference is that each client identifies and decides their own priorities. With that approach, I provide my clients with education, tools, and support as they explore their needs, set goals and work to achieve positive results.
For clients who choose Concierge Nurse Services, I provide personalized skilled nursing care when and where its needed. Private after-surgery care, postpartum support and wound care services are available.

If you are experiencing a chronic medical condition and need assistance in better managing it, a personalized Chronic Disease Support program can help. Along with your current treatment plan, you will receive additional care management and resources to ensure the focus is centered around you.
